★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for years for all my stylus need and the occasional record shopping. Even bought my first real turntable here years ago.
I recently had some bad luck with a pro-ject turntable purchased at at Dr disk but Aaron got me all sorted out.Very accommodating and helpful staff and when I left I was satisfied.
A while later I ordered some record cleaner and was accidentally over charged for it. I didn’t even notice at the time but Aaron calls me a couple weeks later to apologize and gives me a $15 store credit for the overcharge.
So I just stopped by and grabbed myself a great new album with the credit! Thanks!
Fantastic and friendly staff and great service. I always recommend to friends that it’s the place to go for stylus, cleaners, cables, tables , and of course… Records! If you’re new to vinyl or a long time vinyl nerd dr disk can help you out! Thanks everyone at dr disk! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific Bowie album which they didn't have but the young lady ordered it for me. I received a text today, advising its there for pick up. Didn't even have to pay in advance. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never been there before. But she made me feel welcome. I felt very shy and awkward as anyone does in new stores of little to no interest...im not a music's enthusiast......For music enthused friends i would send them there most definitely. It looks like they are pretty stacked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been my favourite record store in Hamilton for years. Super friendly staff, awesome selection, and putting in orders for equipment/LPs is super easy. I've found that the staff are very quick to respond to calls and emails.
They post facebook/instagram videos pretty frequently showing the stuff they get in and its a great way to check out what they have and put it on reserve for pickup.
Curbside pickup is also pretty cool and much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been shopping there for 20 years. My tables, speakers and vinyl. Mark and the staff have always been helpful, outgoing and awesome. Reason why they have been around for so long. I actually got my 11yr old daughter into vinyl. I took here her first. Totally recommend Dr. DISC.
