★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went here after having a small blister on a toe turn into 4 months of regular wound care , antibiotics and a bone infection. She was looking for preventive care and advice to ensure it did not recur. What she got was barely 15 minutes with ‘Jen’ the chiropodist who did not even want to listen to her concerns, offered no help to prevent future events like this and was utterly dismissive of a very real concern for my diabetic mother. She does not want to lose toes or limbs to future complications from diabetes. Then another person came in and rubbed cream on her feet. All in, it was terrible care, and expensive.

I appreciate that they take their time to ensure patient comfort and understanding, and have always provided great after-care instructions & follow-up. The clinic setting is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this Clinic for all your foot care needs!

I came to the clinic as a last resort after two previous failed treatments received from other health care providers. I wish I came to The Hamilton Foot Clinic first. Keep up the great work!

I have referred both my parents, my Hamilton patients and other friends because I have absolute confidence in the team that has been assembled there. Over the years, I can say as a very satisfied customer that The Hamilton Foot Clinic has always stayed at the forefront of the technology as it relates to orthotics. (See the attached picture of the 3-D Laser Scanner)
I am not often in Hamilton, yet the team at The Hamilton Foot Clinic, was able to squeeze me in the same day and ensure I got my orthotics quickly. Andrew, the Pedorthist, was friendly and conducted a very thorough assessment.
I must admit I was disappointed in some of the critical reviews I have seen lately. I am confident that if these concerns were communicated with management they would have been more than satisfied with the responses they would have received.
Lastly, I know just like any other business that all opportunities of criticism are opportunities for learning, and that goes both ways, whether you are a happy returning customer (like me) or have concerns that you would like addressed, do not hesitate to communicate with the management team at The Hamilton Foot Clinic. They are sincere, professional and always available to talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is I’m in very poor condition. The entire clinic requires a makeover, dust and germs on ceilings.
Make sure before entering you wear extra protection not only for corona from others but the germs in the air.
The pictures below are from just the room I was in, I’m sure most of the other rooms look like this condition. The doctors at professional however they are outsourced so try to get the appointment at their own clinic.
