★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon Kintec through a Google search. They are located in a convenient plaza with lots of parking. I didn’t know what to expect because the last pair of orthotics I had were about 15 years old. Wow, things sure have changed! It felt a little bit like a VIP ride in a limousine. Tanya and Rob were extremely attentive. They explained the entire process and helped me with my insurance questions and even provided me with some handy tips! I have extremely sensitive feet and I warned Rob that I may have some issues getting orthotics to be comfortable. Sure enough, when I went back for my fitting, something didn’t feel right in my orthotic. Rob spent at least half an hour going back-and-forth, adjusting, tweaking and changing things to make sure that the orthotics that I walked out with were perfect. I put them on when I got home with the brand new running shoes that I also purchased and I felt like I was walking on a cloud. They far exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be going back for all my orthotic needs. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to the store in Hamilton Ontario and was greeted by an amazing sales staff. My feet were scanned which allowed us to see any points that might be an important factor in what type of shoes to wear. After trying on several pairs of shoes I found the perfect pair! I had never had such an experience before and being fitted for the right shoe for my feet made a difference I could feel right away! I have had my new shoes for three days now and can't believe how wonderful my feet feel in such a short period of time. I have to thank Michelle and Tanya for their expertise, they went all out to be sure I felt comfortable in the right shoes for me. I recommend Kintec to everyone who wants the right fit in shoes. It has made such a difference in my life getting these shoes and even my knees don't hurt any longer when walking! Thanks Kintec! I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of meeting Rob at the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton. I am an avid runner who broke her toe five months ago. It has been quite the recovery period and I am eager to have my feet safely hit the pavement. I wanted to have my feet reassessed before doing so. Rob is friendly, knowledgeable and confident with his decision making. I was so happy with my purchase that I wore my new HOKA running shoes out of the store. I also purchased HOKA Recovery flip flops to use as slippers so my feet have proper support at home. Another fine recommendation by Rob. I highly suggest that you take care of your feet and visit Rob at this location. Rob will be fitting me for orthotics in the near future.

Their efforts to make me feel important to what I was looking for and prescribe the best care for my feet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had seen Kintec on CHCH and decided to drop in. I was having an issue with running shoes. I made an appointment with Tanya and arrived early. She helped me right away. She watched me walk and put me on a machine that told her a lot about my feet. Tanya then picked out a couple of shoes that would work for me. Both shoes felt great so I picked the colour that I liked better. Great service....will definitely go back.

My husband and I walked in and, despite not having made an appointment, Tanya was able to focus on both of us for well over an hour. Her efforts got us into the right- sized shoes for possibly the first-time ever. The foot pain caused from me wearing improper, ill-fitting shoes is gone! The bonus was that their price point is completely aligned with what we would have paid in other sport stores without the focused attention on us. Thanks Tanya for everything! We will be back!
