In fact it turns out that the other parties realtor did not even try to poach me for the next transaction citing that 'you will probably go with Andrew again as he is very good'. Best realtor to work with and makes the deal even sweeter with the cash back. Will definitely recommend to others in my network!

Recently Andrew Ielasi represented our family in the sale of our grandmother's home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the market and made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. He advertised across Hamilton, Halton and GTA. We listed with Andrew & Corona Realty and in just 1 week we received 24 offers and Andrew sold our home for more than $227, 000 over our list price.
We had non-stop showings and Andrew worked hard to co-ordinate each one with our schedule.
His advice and recommendations were spot on. He did everything he said he'd do and he communicated with us every step of the way. His experience and knowledge about real estate and the market really comes through.
