Obviously the market is good right now which is a huge contributor, but the Golfi Team did everything to make our places hugely attractive too -- the photographer's photos were extremely high quality... they staged it as part of the package so it would show exceptionally well... not only that, Dan Golfi, our agent, was super receptive to us, our concerns and goals. He got us prices we were very happy with, plus the closing dates we wanted which were very long closings. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend working with the Golfi Team.
