I hired Bernstein Law Group to assist me after my car was rear ended in 2018. When I called, their staff member, Ela, set up a first informational meeting which was provided at no charge! Ela is very efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. She explained to me how the insurance process works after a car accident and that, based on my injuries, I had a case for possible insurance and tort settlement awards I could pursue. I am so glad that I met with her! Ela was efficient in hooking me up with the necessary treatment providers I required. She navigated the insurance process and provided me with regular updates. Bob Bernstein is very good at what he does and is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. My injuries also unfortunately led to a legal matter which Bob handled for me, and to my relief, he was able to resolve it in a positive outcome. I am very pleased with how Bob handled my accident and tort case files and with the final settlements he successfully negotiated on my behalf.

Stay away. Money is an object. If you need a lawyer for a criminal matter this lawyer is not for you. If you want to be called last minute for decisions. If you Want to call the office for your times or what’s happening in court and be told at last minute. This is them. You are left in the dark. ! I hired the firm 2019, they seemed very confident in the matters. First meeting was all promises and oh yeah money 10k$ for me but wait….. ! Once they have your money your are theres. Right they have the best interest. First of all do not let him represent you in the court with you not there. I am not really sure what happened but all the promises were just washed under the bridge. Apparently denied. I really don’t honk they were even perused. …. So was told going to Supreme Court 2.5 years later. Need more money. 2500$ . For trial. Ok. All options exhausted. Seemed like I was going to trail and it was a he said and she did situation. So I decided to talk to senior Steve about this and he still had no clue about my trail. Only comment was do you remember what you said bra cause we are going to trail. At that point I called another law firm. Asked for all files to be transferred. And until today I really don’t think they were. No detailed receipts except. Trail hearing and review of file $$$$$. Trail hearing review of file$$$& amount peeing $$ Since then. In 8 weeks all charges dropped no trail and no more money spent. Seriously do not use this firm!!! Stay away. Look for another lawyer. Al thought it seems the they are the right choice. It’s great advertising. Stay away.

Been working with Mel from the Bernstein office and I can't say enough good things about him. He is responsive, answers all questions, works really hard and is always one step ahead, just an amazing lawyer. If I could rate him 100 stars I would. Highly recommend Mel from the Bernstein office. June is also fantastic. Supportive and helpful. Definitely recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve ! I’ll try to make this short… so back in 2019 I was being arrested/criminally charged for something I did not do at all… I suffer from severe anxiety. I have never been in trouble. I have never ever been to court.
