He listens to your needs and concerns without rushing out of the room like many doctors I've seen before do. I go to see the doctor here instead of my own family doctor. I will be firing my family doctor and will be hiring the doctor at charlton medical clinic.

I was told Im next, I was waiting for long time without any excuse so I left the clinic. Dont come to clinic choose other clinic with better service.

Next day when i followed up, reception would not accept that she did not informed me about nature of appointment and told me that next appointment can not be booked until over a month later essentially denying me service.
B	B. Venge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sayer is an excellent doctor. Fair, thorough, logical, and kind. He has an even-keeled bedside manner. Not just Dr. Sayer but my experience of doctors at this clinic has never been subpar, let alone bad. The clinic is clean, timely, and thorough. They make sure their patients are up to date and getting what they need. Probably the best clinic in downtown Hamilton for sure.
C	Cara Stevenson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite clinic in Hamilton. My last doctors office had closed. The receptionist are great! Very friendly and understanding. I’ve seen a few different doctors here. They’re all really nice. But I do have a couple of favourites. The taller doctor he used to be on the duke street location... omg he’s so funny and very relatable. Makes for an easy appointment. And then their newer doctor I think he is from the Uk. He’s fabulous- I worry about a lot of things ( google ??? )... he always listens to me and “talks me off the ledge” if it were. The pharmacist always says hello and asks how my business is doing. The staff really makes you feel like family. It’s very clean here also! And I’ve never waited more that 30 minutes. But usually they see me right away. I’m telling you if you’re looking for a new doctor office... you won’t regret this place. I wish I could give it more stars

The doctors here have been consistent with my medical history and they take my issues seriously especially when I'm worried about something. Dr. Sayer is great with kids and is very thorough. He gives equal time to all the patients even if he's running behind schedule. The pharmacist has also been very helpful and kind.

Due to Covid 19, I've only had about 3 or so face to face appointments with him, all my appoints have been on the phone. Find he follows up with my mental health issues, has given suggestions on what options I can look into. Reception seems nice, sometimes it takes some time to get a return phone call from them to schedule an appointment, but I do realize they're busy and I'm not their only patient. Thank you!
