R	Ryan Fitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy doesn't care about anyone who walks in. I've been experiencing vertigo for months now and he doesn't seem to care.. I've been back twice and every time he just says "wait two weeks and it'll get better". It's been months, he said a specialist should see me soon and that hasn't happened yet. I called today to get an update on the specialist and the receptionist told me "there's nothing we can do, you'll just have to keep suffering". Welcome to health care in Canada. What. A. Joke.
A	Amber Lyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting this clinic, I would not recommend Dr. Shittu. He was very dismissive of my concerns (my next appointment was accidentally booked with another Doctor who actually offered testing to be sure of the diagnosis, which was a completely different diagnosis from Dr. Shittu) so not all the Doctors will dismiss your concerns but that was definitely my experience with Dr. Shittu. When I brought the discrepancy on diagnosis to his attention he just dismissed it as "Different Doctors have different assessments"... I'll stick with the one who cares enough to find out for sure.
B	Brad Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office, Dr Shittu (Hope I spelled that right) is very friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. Most of the receptionists are kind and very pleasant to talk to. Only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars opposed to 5, is because of one receptionist there, whom I haven't had the chance to get her name yet. EXTREMELY rude for absolutely no reason, gave me attitude because I booked a 5:30 appointment knowing they close at 6.(works best for my schedule) The unprofessionalism and the negative comments are unnecessary as well as not needed in any way shape or form. Will be updating when I have a name. Other than that, great place with great people. Keep up the good work, and thanks for all that you do.
T	Taylor Ridout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Dr Shittu is great! I'm happy to have him as my doctor. All of the staff seems very friendly as well. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because EVERY single time I make an over the phone appointment, I don't get a call until 45mins or longer after the appointment is supposed to be. I'll call to see what's going on and I'll either get the answering machine, or I get told my doctor is with walk-ins.. I assume when I make an appointment, that would be put before walk-ins, just like it would be if it was in person. This is beyond frustrating, especially when I have work or things to do after the appointment. As I am writing this, my appointment was at 4:30. It is now 5:20 and when I called I got the machine.
w	william rivas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shittu Its probably one of the WORSE doctors I had ever cross. Don't take him as a family doctor .He is very dismissive and doesn't really care about your concerns. his behavior as a professional give u a lot to think of... Frist of all, he can barely speak English so its really hard to understand him.. secondly, in December 2020 he gave me a prescription of a medicine that was only available in the UK, I was heavily sick and I had to go to 8 different pharmacies until he actually decided to change the prescription, I mean the guy is in the moon... and due to his negligence I end it up hospitalized for 2 weeks at emergency. Dr Shittu is lazy and he doesn't do his job properly. If you go to the clinic Avoid at all cost been taken by him. He is not a reliable doctor period.
G	Gabriel Yumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to the same clinic for years and I can tell old bad habits never change... the senior nurse is rude and bit racist depending on who you are, the new doctor sitsu can barely speak english and make 0 eye contact with his patients. I go to the clinic because its 7 min away but wow please improve the quality of your services.

After my first experience with him I just stopped going to the clinic at locke st because apparently he is the only doctor available to take patients ... Avoid Dr Shittu at all cost because you will only get a bad experience with him. Whoever response my commend, you are treating this as if was a racial matter when in fact it's a matter of negligence act towards to your patients.It doesnt matter where he is from, it matters that he is an awfull doctor. The clinic should focus on improving the quality of their staff on site instead of making excuses for a bad doctor with low care for his patients... If this is not true, then why there is so many people complaining about the same person? all I can see is people with similar experiences rating him as a bad doctor. Also the old nurse lady is rude as hell, she talks to people the way she pleases.

My wife also had a bad experience with him a few months ago.. she felt he didn't really care, he also give her a prescription that wasn't available at the local pharmacy. We kept calling at the clinic but apparently they were too busy, the nurse was rude and never called us back. We finally ended up going to a different clinic and my wife got the attention, care and respect she deserved as a patient.
