A	Avrion S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for over 2 years to see dr.Jocic. Staff are very curteous and empathetic and the doctor, nurse and assistant have excellent bedside manner. The only real complaint is that the wait time can be anywhere from 10minutes to two hours but it is also understandable given how underfunded Ontarios medical system is and how overworked staff can get. The key things are the empathy and bedside manner that give you a sense of trust which is much needed given the line of work.

I have never experienced a long wait time and on a couple of occasions I've been seen before my scheduled appointment time! The on-site pharmacy is a big time saver and the pharmacist is extremely pleasant and helpful. Without Dr Shanaz Azimzadeh I would be in constant debilitating pain...thank you for giving me my life back!

After coming to the pain clinic it changed my life in one day. I can't say enough about doctor Demian. He will explain everything to you so you understand. He is always extremely friendly. The staff are super nice to deal with. You can wait to get in for your appointment but that doesn't bother me at all. The time that you may have to wait from time to time is nothing compared to the reward of not being in pain.

The staff was very pleasant upon arrival. My doctor was very knowledgeable with great bed side manner. For the first time in years I am feeling confident that there will be an effective treatment for my chronic pain.

I've suffered from chronic pain for 30 yrs that had become increasingly intolerable. Being sent here was a miracle! Dr. Awad and his team, including the in house pharmacist, have given me back some quality of life and I can't thank or praise them enough!

I prefer 21 shots a week of freezing over having to take opiates all the time. This place is a God sent. Thank you to all the helpful staff and doctors.

I found the whole process, with the exception of reception, to be appalling. The appointments were rushed, the Dr administering the shots had to ask me each time why I was there and what treatments had been provided in my previous visits. If she asked me anything at all. I felt like I was at a quick pain injection site. Not once did I get the impression that Dr Shahnaz Azimzadeh cared if the treatments were helping, or how I was doing. Zero benefits
