Knowledgeable staff who know what they're talking about, and can get you set up with exactly what you need (unlike some of the staff at your local big box skate shop who don't know what the durometer of a wheel represents)..

I made the decision not to buy anything as I locked my car. My mission was to gather some info and just take a look. I was welcomed by two young gentlemen, Tim and Harris, and was quickly made to feel at ease. 45 minutes later I was walking back to my car with a new skateboard. Wonderful guys, atmosphere and selection. Looking forward to the new store.

Everyone is great in helping you to find a setup. BUT best part about this place, it is not intimidating. No one makes you feel stupid for asking questions and trying to learn! Would recommend!
