G	George K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and fast service !! I needed to replace my rear tire inner tube. After calling another tire shop and was told it would probably take 5-10 days to get done, I called Pierik's and they said they could do it by the next day and possibly the same day. I arrived at the shop shortly thereafter and one of the technicians helped me take the bike out of my vehicle. He took it in and said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I went across the street to Food Basics to pick up some groceries and when I returned in 15 minutes my bike was ready and waiting for me. The cost was the same as the other shop and my bike was good to ride right away. Thank you again for the fabulous service !!

Repairs were done as requested and both my bikes were ready when they said they would be. Prices were very fair! Thanks go out to Tom, Chris, Jesse and Lou and to those in the shop that made sure things were done in a professional and timely manner. I'll be back!

Everything was explained in detail when I bought my bike and gear. Great warranties and free service after my bike purchase for a year! Not just good customer service: good CUSTOM service :) This is now my bike shop.

They went above and beyond to make sure the bike fits me and is setup correctly.
