Any idiot can sell you a bike, however, getting optimal performance from your ride over its lifetime is another matter altogether, and getting optimal performance requires a finely-tuned ride. As a proponent of the benefits of `specialization of labour' I let the pros do what they do best, and these pros have yet to disappoint (loyal customer since 2005). Each time they service my ride it comes back better than when it left the factory at birth.

A pleasant and courteous call from the fellow who was putting my bike together (I can’t remember his name). He also asked me questions and met my needs. I love the free tune ups, what a great surprise! A great atmosphere- busy, attentive, and staff clearly like being there. I loved being there ? I went to 3 other bike shops that barely acknowledged me. A couple of them answered my basic question and didn’t probe for more or teach me anything. They lost out on $1600.
