s	steve johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 24 speed Giant mountain bike from this store and the graphite rear chain derailer broke well riding downhill on a bumpy trail and the damage was extensive and almost the full value of the bike. Derailer,rear rim,derailer cable,rear brake cable and chain were all destroyed. Main Cycle warranted the repairs and probably didn't have to. They repaired my bike at no cost to me and I'm still very grateful for that. This was 33 years ago and I still have the bike which I recently pulled out to get back out there to ride.I'm not into writing reviews but I feel they deserve the positive feed back at the very least. I would never hesitate to shop at Main Cycle and it's awesome to see the business still going strong! Thank You Main Cycle

He returned both bikes like new. My husband's 31 year old Trek bike had a lot of issues. My Trek bike had gear issues since a month after I bought it 7 years ago (due to a bike rack), the dealer in Oakville was never able to fix the problems. I appreciate the excellent work and prompt service. There was a small difference of $10 on the estimate for one of the bikes. Anthony called me right away for me to approve the repair. Thanks Main Cycle!

I had a bike to build from the parts I've been collecting to do so over the past few years. Called a few of the shops in the local area to get build estimates. But Brent gave me the best gut feeling out of all the people I spoke to. And I was right. What he told me on the phone didn't magically change (usually to cost more) when I walked through the door. He remember the conversation and we quickly went through what I needed. Given how busy the repair season is currently, I was told it would be a bit of a wait to get my bike back. Fair enough. But they got it back to me ahead of the date they committed to, and helped me along the way with a few other cycling items I needed. Can't say enough about this shop, just fantastic service all around. I hope they're around for another 50. Thanks guys!
