★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom, my boyfriend and myself went in this past weekend, my boyfriend needed a jacket and saw one he liked but we decided not to buy it. We were really put off by the customer service, we saw several employees, first two boys and 1 girl standing around chatting to each other, nobody looked at us or even offered to help. Horrible customer service or non existence would maybe be a better way to describe it. One man who looked to be a manager stared while he tried the jacket on but didn't offer to help, we felt invisible and completely unwelcome and will never come back. Its a shame too because my boyfriend and I live down the street from the mall.

I asked for help from an employee and the employee standing beside her (white guy with curly hair and glasses) rolled his eyes at me while I was just standing there. I really wanted to buy that sweatshirt but I just left after that. It's your job to answer the customer's queries so you're not doing a favor . I'd rather go to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience buying new shoes here today. Its been over a year since I bought new ones. The guy in the shoe department was extremely knowledgeable on all the shoes in the store. He was very patient and got me multiple pairs from the back to try. I appreciate how much time he put into helping me find the right pair. Definitely recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want courtesy and customer service. Boy are you at the wrong place. Cashier Meagan will roll her eyes at you while you explain the problem with the return. The female manager won’t understand the issue at all. Called Sport Chek online and my problem was solved in 4 minutes. I suggest you go to another store. Horrible attitudes here. Would leave no star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store management (woman at the front desk, I imagine she’s the manager by the way she acts) this lady needs to be giving some customer service 101. I was looking for an specific item and she didn’t care to offer me any assistance. Instead she make me feel unwanted in the store and told me to order it on line????
If I wanted to order on line I would’ve yo visit the store in person.
What’s the point on having a store and paying the staff just to hear to go online and get what I need.
