E	Emily Vangou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the store downtown and was told that today "email registered clients were receiving an extra 20% off sale items. Registered and asked the very "soft spoken" @ hardly could hear-sales lady if she would apply the extra discount? Especially since I was spending $380.00, " no can't be done " And this is while I'm watching other clients get the discount. I've never been to the store and was only there cause my nephew was having heart surgery. I'm happy to be a client since learning there are other locations that would serve me ( closer to home ) in any case called the " president " who was not interested in providing me with the discount, called me a loser after explaining that a "friend" who was a client of theirs could have given me their discount had the sales lady obliged. He berated me for referring to the client as a friend, a lady I met in store! The president called me a liar for referring to the customer as my friend and a loser for contacting him. I honestly thought he would gladly oblige since I wanted to shop for a couple of other items but after this experience, he will never see another penny let alone 380.00 dollars. I can't really express the rudeness and desparagimg comments this "president" made to me for simply referring to the customer as a friend. Unbelievably poor manners and clearly a degenerate. Stay Away!!
G	Gayle Villeneuve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just reminded of why I prefer the Westdale location of Modella rather than the one Dundas! The "supervisor" was extremely condescending and unhelpful when explaining their policy for mailing out coupons. I spent over $1,600 last year and $11,000 historically. Some of those purchases (the ones in size 14 or 16) belong to my mother but because her purchases are registered under my account rather than hers, she did not get a coupon this year. My mom has received coupons in the past so they must have changed their policy. When I tried to explain this, the supervisor basically said "Oh too bad, I can' t do anything about that". I suggest that she could have reallocated the size 14/16 purchases to my Mom's account. Aside from this issue which is just poor customer appreciation, every single sales person in this store says you look great as soon as you step out of the change room, even if you don't!! They have fake smiles and patronizing personalities. The supervisor taught them well. I will never step foot in any Modella location again!
