He even emailed me a picture of it before I showed up !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there yesterday hoping to find a pair of Docs for a female friend of mine. Considering both my friend and I have been wearing Docs since the mid 90’s, you would think we both have an understanding of the boots fit, build and quality. The retailer was extremely unhelpful and pretty much told us we didn’t know what we were talking about and it was his way or the highway. So we left the store, hopped on the highway and drove up to the Doc retail Store in Vaughan to complete our purchase. I have never placed a negative review like this before but the experience needed to be shared. Such a disappointment
