Wish I could give zero stars, management is not right in the head they need new management!

I was in Jackson square recently and had my first experience at this store...I would like to thank a young lady Lisa for excellent customer service. Lisa was knowledge and went out of her way to offer me options for what I was looking for. As a senior sometimes the sales person does not notice I am there. I was very pleased with the service received and look forward to my next visit. Many thanks again Lisa. Gail

Disastrous. I wish I could have given zero stars. Worst customer service ever. The cashier was very rude and they don't respect their customers. I would never ever go to the Jackson square Ardene again. Infact not any Ardene store after experiencing such a terrible customer service. I went to the Jackson square Ardene on Tuesday, 8th December 2020 around 12:30 P.M. to return the Pajamas my family bought for me three days back from the same store. The reason for the return was I already have similar ones and I didn't want to have an extra pair. I did not open the package. I went to the store with the original receipt and unopened pack. I went in for to get a refund with my master card. The cashier behaved so rudely and said it was not my money, so she won't refund me. She did not explain anything about payment methods but instead humiliated me as if I was a thief. I felt so uncomfortable and bad. My question to you Lady: What if my family had bought Pajamas by paying cash? Then how would you verify whether it was my money or not? Would you have checked the cameras? First of all, it is none of your business whether it is my money or not. Show some respect to the customers. Think before you say a word! Secondly. the receipt mentions you could get refund using "Same METHOD of payment". I got the same method of payment card (i.e. master card). Its your fault to misguide customers. If the receipt would have mentioned "Same CARD used for the payment", I would have got the same card used for the payment. There was no explanation of whatsoever. She attacked me straightway as if I was an idiot. Next, I told her I got refund on another card in Marks. Her reply was "I don't work for Marks". Excuse me? I am thankful you don't work there or else their sales would've been ZERO. I understand we all are going through a tough phase. It doesn't mean you treat your customer like a thief or an idiot and be disrespectful to them. I worked in customer service sector too and I have never ever seen such a horrible service. I tried to be nice and humble but in return all I got was your attitude that spoiled my entire day. Do you think I come all the way to your store with the original receipt and unopened package to fraud $29 that is not mine? That is nuts. ARDENE - Fix your service or no one is ever going to visit your stores. Anyway, You lost one trustworthy and loyal customer. GOODBYE!

I'm getting too old for this store and fast fashion but it always tempts me. This store is very large and moderately clean and organized, staff are nice without being overbearing.

I shop here often for my daughter. The store manager Michelle is delightful! The store is very clean and incredibly well organized despite the vast amount of merchandise within the store... even the sales area is always very well organized which makes shopping for sizes incredibly easy. Staff are helpful, polite and someone always greets you upon entering the store and asks if they can be of any assistance.

Its a very reasonable store in the context of price and quality clothes. Loved it.
