★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love this location but some sales representatives are downright sneaky, having you sign a blank tablet and totally misrepresenting what you are signing. My bill has jumped about 55% in the last year and now you can only arrange callbacks when trying to reach Koodo. I would say stay away from this location unless you like having your bill doubled without your consent and people lying to your face

We both love our phones ❣️??and love the extra Gb's on phone and in our data plans. Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would recommend. Ray is an absolute gem – I came into the shop with a fairly complicated phone problem and throughout the troubleshooting he was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Overall a great experience.
Editing my review to add the following: I returned to the store after having my phone stolen and Jessica was an absolute dream. She helped get the phone I wanted to their location and set my device up while explaining everything along the way. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great service here from a lovely young women named Jessica. she helped us change our phone plans and make the switch from Koodo to Telus with ease. We have great service, she was very friendly and kind. She made the transition super simple and made us feel at ease with out decision the entire time. I will be returning to this location and to her when I need to change out phones or plans again!
