Dr Nerdin is an excellent professional and did an amazing service with my broker front teeth ?! All members of the clinic are pretty kind and thoughtful!

So I went to this office for the first time today and it might be my best dentist visit of my 30 years of life! everyone was polite, helpful, organized, professional, ans non-judgemental. no one wants to go to the dentist and hear a judgement filled lecture. today I was actually educated on how to do things properly and manage the health of my teeth long term by the very kind woman who did my cleaning. the Dr and her assistant were very thorough and on point about my needs. they even have payment plans available if you need more extensive work done. I havent had the teeth worked on yet but they appear to be very astute from just the first visit(which is normally the visit where the least action happens). thank you to the staff oh and the nurses are great too and there's a pharmacy just downstairs if you need medicine.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this office such a low star rating because it’s not because of Dr. Dina (even though she doesn’t have the softest mannerism) but it’s more for the front staff Tina. She is the gatekeeper to the clinic and they made a big mistake having her up there. You can hear her belittling the staff and at times the patients. I try to book regular appointments and she will make me wait up to 2 months even though the dentist said to come in next availability they have and have overheard Tina booking other patients much sooner with the same dentist. I get they have to prioritize but 2 month delays is ridiculous. I am sad to go because Dr. Dina does do good work if you can get passed her demeanour but it’s not worth begging Tina for appointments. I am paying for a service and they should be serving my dental needs, not me begging for them to see me. They also change appointments and cancel last minute on a regular basis and one time I wasn’t advised of the change and they charged me a cancellation fee even after I stopped at the office for my regular appointment time and they informed me upon arrival that I was already called to cancel. Very frustrating. They don’t take into consideration that anyone else has an important schedule and the owner of the clinic needs to have a sit down with Tina because she is very rude and argumentative and difficult to speak to and it’s not professional to belittle staff in front of patients. I feel bad for the other office staff that deal with her because they seem very nice. I have transferred my care to another dentist and sad to say bye to Dr. Dina’s good work.

I was very anxious for my first visit in a few years! The staff were absolutely fantastic and very patient and understanding my fears and emotions! Figuring out finances for coverage was super easy as well! So happy I chose this dental office to have dental needs taken care of! A Five star review for each individual I met with today! You ladies rock!! ?????

I've had an incredible experience ever since the moment I came in for my first appointment! It's such a friendly environment and everyone provides exceptional service. I've truly never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I do now and I couldn't be happier with Charlton Dentistry. And of course, the overall health of my teeth have improved so much - I'm very thankful.

Emily is easily the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had! She is kind, and knowledgeable, has a gentle touch, and listens to your needs. The entire staff at Charlton Dentistry are amazing and I highly recommend their services.

Always such a pleasant experience. Booking is always so simple with the reception team & I love that texting is their main way of communicating, so much easier! Emily is the BEST dental hygienist. So thorough and so friendly! My teeth always feel amazing after my cleaning. Doctor Su is super sweet. She made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else!

This is a truly amazing dental facility. Their staff, representatives, and doctors are all highly trained. I appreciate their openness and honesty. I also commend their professionalism. Providing estimates for any work is procedure as well to have complete transparency and full compliance to adherence to dentistry policy guidelines. My experience was professional and I admire the hard work and dedication each member/staff made to ensure my visit was a complete success.
