Dentistry on the Mountain Dentist

My wife and I have been going here for about 6ish years. The staff is amazing! Always gentle and kind. Love that they're open on the weekend so I don't have to leave work.

I personally had a good experience. However my partner was made to pay for a cleaning twice, since they didn’t schedule enough time for his cleaning before close. He now has to come back, make another appointment which will probably be in a month, and make another payment for another clean. He doesn’t have benefits so it was 400$+ for a checkup and clean, and it’ll likely be another $180+ for another clean. It’s definitely an added stress and headache.

I had nothing but a GREAT experience with the Hamilton Mountain Dental group. From the moment I booked the appointment, I received text with details, and address. The front desk employees are super friendly and professional. Dr Khaled took the time to review my history, ask questions, and made me very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Khaled is extremely skilled, professional and friendly, as well as his assistant Dr. Amira. The whole visit was seamless for me. Highly recommend the Dentist.

This dentist office has been great in getting me in quickly. They are affordable and proactive in reaching out to me for appointment bookings and reminders.The staff are courteous and friendly. Ive been happy with the quality of work as well.

Dr. Khalid has been one of the best dentist I have seen. He ensures you are comfortable and goes above standards to provide service and care. He has done all my work with no pain. He's done amazing work for my family and would high recommend his office.

Amazing dental service!!! Great place to go to have your teeth well taken care of. The team is very professional in examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do a general check up, cleaning, x-ray and night guard impression. This is actually my 3rd visit with them and they never fail to make me feel that I am in good hands. I am grateful to all the staff, specially to Dr. Khalid Marzouk who is really great in what he does. He made us feel comfortable and he explained all the procedures very well in a way that I could easily understand. You wont feel intimidated asking him whatever dental concerns you may have. Special thanks to Dina in the front desk too, she is someone who would make you feel at home. She is very friendly and helpful, great in accommodating your schedule requests. review date: may 31, 2022 customer since: may 2022 after 3 years at my previous dental care provider, i decided to go to the market and see what was out there. after sending out my e-mails and follow-ups, i decided to try out dentistry on the mountain (DOTM). they have been live on location at the mountain plaza mall for over 20 years. i had a tongue burn injury and wanted to see how DOTM would deal with that. i was transparent and clear up front that i was looking for a new facility, and was willing to give them a chance, without promising i would commit to DOTM, and would see what would happen afterwards. to their credit, DOTM acted in good faith with no guarantee that i would become a perm, f/t client. i believed they did a good job with the tongue injury. i then decided to get a dental cleaning done. what i appreciated is that the hygienist, spent the proper time on cleaning. there was talk afterwards about what i could do on my end to maintain and improve my dental hygiene. professional, yet polite and pleasant to deal with. from there, a subsequent complete oral exam was done today. 4 cavities and a filling were found to be required. the servicing for such was very peaceful and with little pain and discomfort. i believe that i made a good business decision to get involved with DOTM. what i appreciate about DOTM: -reasonable hours; open saturday as well if you need it -DOTM was the fastest one out of 6 contacted dental offices to respond to my e-mail inquiry. they actually responded within a few hours. 2 others responded next day; and 3 others didn't bother to respond at all. -DOTM has an environment where staff actually seem enthused to be there. no sense of politics and drama compared to previous dental offices. -a balance on customer care and producing revenue, not just draining your health insurance benefits. they tell you what you actually need. -skilled staff that know how to make the not-so fun procedures (fillings) be as close to minimal pain as possible -very fair prices for services rendered. i wasn't having to fish into my pocket for cost overruns, like at my previous provider. in fact DOTM told me that they are willing to eat overruns under $40 in good faith for their valued customers. -staff that balances the clock and ensuring you get the attention you need for your service, not fast-food style dentistry. (meaning some other places may churn patients to produce optimal revenue) shout out to the following: -dina (admin lady) was very quick and responsive with e-mails, any question/concerns i had. had concrete answers when asked. -savah (dental assistant) good people skills. -dr. jamal (dentist) great people skills, excellent technical skill and expertise ? -julie (hygienist) hard working, efficient bottom line: i would continue using DOTM as a dentist office of choice. i would recommend DOTM to others if they are in the market and/or are unhappy with their current provider. ?
