★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up to this location having no idea what to expect as I was picking up an ikea order. I have done ikeas click and collect in the past at their store locations but not at a location like this. To my disappointment, this store is inside a mall and is not set up as a "curbside" type arrangement similar to when I would pick up from ikea. I called the number for this company and explained that I was unprepared to come inside, with my sleeping toddler who I had with me, 7 months pregnant to pick up large furniture pieces I had ordered. To my total surprise, they coordinated the staff to bring my order to my car!! Amazing service, very friendly young man who brought out my order, and amazingly quick considering they arranged this this for me in minutes. Thank you!!!!

They provide carts when picking up, really helpful when there are large/heavy orders. Great customer service with care and integrity for the products. Keep up the amazing work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother parking in the penguin pickup spots because they do not bring it to your car and after 5 pm don't bother calling because you will only get a machine telling you the phone service is closed for the day. Can't wait for my regular location to open again!

Also deals with FedEx, Dhl and Purolator. (Pick ups and drop offs)
(updated review: there is still NO signage mentioning the couriers they are affiliated with. Withholding 2 stars until they put up signage to help customers identify what their services are.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this Site several times & it's always been a smooth visit. I rarely have to wait & my items have always been ready to go. What I really like is that I get a notification from the Shipper that the delivery has been received by PenguinPickUp, followed by their own confirmation notification. Their location is easily accessible by multiple travel methods & their hours are flexible.
