★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yah just a big no for me. Zero customer service. Walked in and looked around for 30 mins and found everything I needed on my own, again 30 mins in - no one in the store took time to say hello or ask if I needed help. Got up to cash, waited quite a while before someone came to cash me out.
Made eye contact with many of the employees. There were more then enough people on floor to help.
Anyways, hope everyone else is having a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this week to start looking for suit for my husband. Not one employee there said hello or can I help you? I was looking around for ideas. The three employees there (2 men, one women). I was lost. After maybe 20 minutes, I just left. Poor customer service.

4 of my friends amd I walked in to get sized for some vests we were getting for a wedding. There was one customer in the store and four employees. The first thing said to us as we walked in was not “hello how may we help” it was “We don’t have time to help you”.
We were told the reasons we couldn’t be sized (this would be a 20 minute process) was because “it’s not fair to our floor person”, “he would be there all night”
and; “he’s new”. As far as a customers point of view; these excuses are laughable.
It gets worse.
They told us “We only size individuals who walk in”; and when we offered to walk in one at a time, that option was no longer available.
Prior to this ordeal (a month ago) we put a deposit down for the vests. It wasn’t until we came in again that they told us “we no longer can get you these vests as there are stock issues”. We then had to take the deposits back and now a month away from the wedding need to find a new option.
There was no manager, none of the staff was friendly or apologetic, they talked to us as if we were actual scum for making them have to do work. This place is not the experience I remember from 3-4 years ago when I got my wedding apparel here.
Good luck and hopefully you turn this around before you drive off all customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, Manager gave me a great deal on a suit when I didn’t have much money. In hindsight I believe this helped improve my performance and led to me landing a much better job. Will definitely be a customer here for Life.
