I have been coming here for the longest time to do mail for my company and she has always be very professional, super fast and knowledgeable. I hate dealing with those slow unknowledgeable staff. It was a different lady who was helping me today and she tried to rip off the stamp on my envelope because it was upside down. This is the first that I ever heard this. If it wasn't because Sonya was there to tell her it's ok, she would have destroyed my envelope. Thank you Sonya. I see the way you work, close to 5pm when pick up time, you move very quick to get the mail pick up on time, you should demand for a raise.

I'm supposed to be on 50mg of my medication (2x20s and 1x10) and when I get them to refill it they hand me a pack of 10mg and tell me my doctor has only filled one prescription so I have to wait on my 20mgs. I only have one prescription, and they wont knowledge I need more of my medicine, only giving me a pack of 10mg, or my 20mgs leaving me with not enough medicine to take daily.

Only to have many problems leading me to transfer my medications to a new pharmacy. The new pharmacy claims that this Shoppers isn’t giving them the correct information and ignoring their calls. I have reported them to Shoppers Drugmart customer service. I hope if you have any issues you also report them. Hopefully they can change for the better!
K	Kyle A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went In today to get my gfs prescription. Upon receiving the prescription we got the wrong pills. They ate supposed to be 15mg instead of 10 MG. So we are waiting for the proper when to get switched. When they are switched the price magically goes up 50$ for the same amount of MG of the same prescription. They cannot explain why and tell me it's because there is more mgs. They don't understand the problem or what I'm saying. Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. They even have issues when administering covid test with pushing vaccinations in front of you.

Don't believe anything they say about processing your refills, and make sure to go in person daily to remind them if you have time sensitive medications. Refills over the phone do not get processed, the machine used for this is completely ignored. The only employees that were actually helpful must quit within a week or two, because you will never see them more than once. Go elsewhere for your medications or strap in for a fun filled ride of missing medication.

The first time they said they would fax my doctor for my refill and 2 weeks later after 3 phone calls to the pharmacy (and finally an in-person visit), I found out they never did. I was hung up on twice and transferred to the post office. The pharmacist was extremely rude and I was very close to running out of my prescription. This is unacceptable. I was owed 4 pills in a prescription and they told me I'd receive a text message when it was ready. This was over 4 weeks ago. I call today and they tell me they were already picked up. I live out of the area so I definitely DID NOT pick up the remainder. No one else could have picked them up. So where is the remainder?? I am switching pharmacies immediately and I advise anyone else with prescriptions here to do the same.
s	steven_igo_4uf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ review date: april 20, 2022 customer service date: april 20, 2022 and ongoing since 2020 in this review, i am going to write more about the post office. as this SDM location is out of my neighborhood, i don't really use this location for medication and other purchases. on occasion, when i have bought grocery items, purchases and staff have been pretty straightforward. i have used this location in the past for mailing packages and envelopes with tracking, when it is in my driving trip. i felt compelled today to write and show some appreciation for sonya who is the day shift post office clerk. i have dealt with her on several occasions, and each time, sonya was polite, friendly, on point with procedures and answering questions. today was important for me, because i had to get some health benefits expenses flipped over to mississauga asap so i could get reimbursed. my questions were well answered. i was in a bit of a panic to get my package paid and into the system. what i appreciated the most, was being told that the mail gets picked up 2x; at 1pm and lastly, at 5pm for the day, before going on the road into the system. when the line gets quite busy, she is able to be efficient, and making sure that the customer at hand is being taken care of. i have been to a number of post office locations including in my neighborhood, and sonya is near, if not at the top of the charts for doing good post office work. ? bottom line: sonya is a big asset at this post office location, and i would def return if i was in the area. i also recommend this location to others if they are in the area.?
