S	Scott S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to help her customers. Having recently had to begin using Blue Cross instead of OHIP, she made me feel very comfortable by helping sort out billing concerns, and goes out of her way to reach out to my physician if there are calls for a refill. I don’t feel her score of 2.6 is justified as a lot of the complaints have to do with Canada Post, or the customer not being prepared or not understanding of her limitations. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

Today I had to go pick up a parcel and by my mistake I didn't know the post office wasn't there anymore.It was a different post office address on my pick up form. The older woman that came to the locked door is extremely miserable and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Condescending and a Rude attitude. There's customer service right there !

The pharmacist was very helpful with suggesting over the counter medication that would relieve my daughter's stomach pain and her nausea. All staff were always friendly when I came into the shop. They are taking extra precautions to keep us safe during the pandemic and I would highly recommend this pharmacy. to anybody

I love the small neighbourhood pharmacy feel it has, and how they remember my name even if they don't see me for a while. They bend over backwards to get my medication shipped in if they don't have it in stock and I'm always given plenty of information about any new medications. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

I should of left this review sooner :)
