★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does head office not regulate what time doors open? They should change their hours to reflect opening late daily. When asked by customers they say they are waiting for the pharmacist. Maybe this person should get a watch or leave a little earlier. How unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i go here often because they oddly enough have good deals on select food items... and usually have other things i'm looking for when needed... i've never had a problem with the staff... though maybe the low score is due to their pharmacy services?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously Rexall Jackson Square? 10mins before 6, they'll close their door to make sure nobody can get it. I screenshot the photo (so its photo over photo) for you to see the time. Went their yesterday to see if they sell gift cards but the door is close. Been here few times during weekends because they close too early during weekdays.
Poor customer service
Unhelpful staff
Why are you still working if you dont want to help? I mean why are you there? For what?
To the management, please give time to review your staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m consistently disappointed by the pharmacy staff. Poor service or incorrect information. I’m not sure if it’s because they need more training or if it’s because they simply don’t care about the customers and their questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO! Do not plan and book anything based on them! Super disappointed! First of all the email I received was 2 King St W Hamilton and when I went there, nothing! I had to check the postal code to find the correct address!
And I read the site and it says they can provide travel PCR test results in 24-48 hours and I booked it! But when I went there they said it takes minimum 48 hours!!!
I had to cancel that appointment and call everyone I know to find a place to give me a quick appointment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love all the staff. I have no idea why people rate them so low but from what I’m reading it’s not warranted at all.
I walked in to get my booster which they start doing at 10am but they brought me in 10 minutes early. The pharmacy staff is just as amazing. The staff always stop and chat and know me well enough that when I’m looking for new masks makeup and perfume, they always make recommendations that actually suit me.
