Provides little in terms of help. I got forced out of my job and with that I haven't had an income since October and am still a fairly lengthy recovery away from being able to work. They changed my case manager and didn't inform me nor have they provided me with a contact for my new one who I found out today has been on my case for 3 months and I was told that I should still have a return to work specialist even without having a job and one is nowhere to be found. Any type of question I need answered I have to go through their awful automated service and then by the time someone "helps" it often isn't useful. The only positives they really do provide are transportation and health coverage but even the health coverage isn't great. I want a psychologist to help with the mental portion of my injury and have had absolutely no help in actually getting one.

Wsib claim to help but they do the exact opposite they give or I should say you beg for help they help very little then cut off any claims and meds or support that you need They lose receipts for meds you send in they tell you to get back to work if you can’t that’s your own fault and they push a lot of people to suicide I know because I have been fighting with wsib for over 20 years and I’m still waiting

The most stressful unprofessional ppl I have ever dealt with since being in Canada. They are awful have all your documents an take forever to get back to you but want you to be prompt or they will be repercussions. Very unprofessional.

Not a genuine service they provided to employees. Only they targeting and pretending a employee doesn't want to go through by a accident claim. poor service. I got an injured at work On Dec 2018 at work. Still I have pain but they don't care the employee.

Waited over 2 months to get payed for an injury that occurred at work. Employees said it would take 3 days after it has been submitted to the payment viewer and I ended up having to wait weeks to get payed. Missing a pay check is hard for some people. Not happy or pleased with their service at all.

Talking to MAROUF (Health Care Department) through the whole process was amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate me in my case. Thank you EVERYONE for helping me in my difficult times.

I have found WSIB to be terrible. They do not deal with people as individuals! More than once they denied claims based on doctors and physiotherapist recommendations. They take employers premiums and deny when the employee need benefits. Profit mongers!
