★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bulova watch in to replace battery and replace crysyal. Got it back and they couldnt fix the crystal but never even replaced the battery. Not impressed because i had to wait as it is fixed out of house. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked this smaller shop to have a ring looked at that my husband surprised me with in Jamaica. It had a rough edge that I wanted fixed. The girl at the counter was very pleasant in helping me but the woman whom I am assuming was doing the work was very abrubt and insulting, basically saying that is what I get for buying offshore jewellry. I may have very well been a repeat customer there, but I will not step foot in that store again due to her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at C & D Jewellery. Brought in a ring I have worn daily with no issues for over 25 years to be resized. It was returned with a gouge at bottom of the band which they said they would buff out. When I picked up the ring it had been filed down to a paper thin band. I was told by them that when a ring is sized it gets thinner and should last two to three years, even though my ring had been fine for over 25 years. When we showed pictures of my ring showing it’s original sized band they agreed to reshank it.
When done I was left with a warped and crooked band that is narrower and thirty percent less thick than the ring I brought in. My gold band was totally gone, and the paper thin band they gave me had even been rebuffed to remove even more gold from it. Would never recommend their services.

I just want to say thank you for the fast service at a great price. My rings fit perfectly, are beautifully polished, and you were even able to fix the shape of the other one.
