Most recently I was helped by Gwen, she patiently helped me pick out a birthday gift for my spouse. It was a stress free interaction. She worked with my budget and spouses preferences to select a necklace that she absolutely loves and frequently wears. Thank you for multiple great experiences, you’ll definitely be seeing me again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasn't for the signage starting that this jewelry store is also a pawn broker I wouldn't of have even the smallest thought of it being so. This location is kept well and the same goes for it's staff. The young lady helping my other half and I look at rings for my birthday we well groomed and had excellent people skills. I highly recommend this store for everyone, whether you're looking for new or second hand.
Today I'll be looking in one last store and if I don't find a ring there that catches my eye and heart then I'll be sending my other half back to get the ring I've posted a picture of with this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called because I needed to size my ring for my finger. I called and spoke to Agnes, who was very polite and told me to come by for a curbside fitting. I was very grateful.
Upon arriving I was greeted by someone who is not Agnes that was very rude to me. Immediately she told me this wasn't essential. I told her I called and asked to come up to which she did not respond. When she asked if I had the ring (which I do not which is why I needed sizing) she rolled her eyes????
I would rate them 1 star, but Agnes is great and saved them. Won't be reccomeding this location to anyone.

They go out of their way to make sure you are confident in and comfortable with your purchase. I love that H. Williams is a family owned and operated business. You are made to feel a part of that family! I recommend them without hesitation ❤️ I have purchased many pieces from them, as well as having several pieces custom made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 24 year old engagement ring here to switch the band from gold to white gold. It involved taking the diamond setting out and recreating it set in white gold. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I also purchased a new band and couldn’t decide between two very beautiful bands. All the wonderful ladies who worked there gave me their honest opinion and helped me make the right decision! Everyone was so kind and patient with my indecisiveness. Loved everything about my experience at H Williams jewellers!

Went to a jewelry store just up the street first, and was told my rings needed more work than I thought, for quite a cost. My gut told me to get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did! H. Williams Jewellery confirmed for me that the extra work was unnecessary. So I have my ring set back now, looking brand new and sparkly!! Thank you - you will definitely be my go-to jewelry store!

The jeweler here was able to swap a stone from a different ring, repair the setting and shine it up. I super happy with it, and also happy with the service I received from Agnes. I am recommend this store for new jewelry purchases and jewelry repairs ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I went looking for an engagement ring together, and we went to multiple stores just trying to see what they had in stock. We couldn't find anything like what we really wanted anywhere. It was Shay that we talked to, and after showing some example pieces, she recommended special ordering something, which at first freaked us out because we had a lower budget, but she actually went into her price book and was able to give us an estimate that was extremely reasonable, and even cheaper than many stock items. She was really dedicated to helping us find the perfect ring for us, and was really helpful through the whole process. We ended up with the perfect ring that we'd both envisioned, and it was even better than I thought it would be, and still well within our budget. Now if I want any other jewelry, I know I'm going back to H. Williams, especially because I know I will receive excellent customer service.
