I highly recommend getting engraving done in store - it's faster and there are some options that aren't available online. Also got the band embossed with his initials which I didn't know you could do. Very happy with my purchase and shopping experience! Thank you Julianna!

As someone with over a decade of retail experience, I found him to be extremely charismatic - helpful, positive, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I went in for a battery swap; instead upgraded to a hybrid smart watch, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase. If I required multiple watches, I’d return in a minute. Perhaps I’ll need a bag in the future. The customer service alone is worth the visit, whether you buy something or not. You are treated like the valued person that you are. Thank you Donnie! Keep up the great work Fossil team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Fossil and had the pleasure of meeting Zack. I inquired about a warranty issue with my purse and he explained the warranty and how it worked. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt so therefor I didn't have warranty :(. Zack went above and beyond - inquired with the manager and did an item exchange! This speaks volumes on how Fossil stands behind their products and encourages staff to ensure the customers are satisfied! I have always loved Fossil products, but this experience with Zack and Fossil Limeridge has solidified my feelings for this brand. I was so impressed I had to share this review - after complimenting Fossil to our family and friends.
