The two ladies displayed empathy and apologized for a situation that was beyond their control.
Customer service at its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always used to shop here, the staff was friendly and kind. I’ve been in the store 4 times since May including today, never a hello, never a smile, never any help! 4 staff were working today, all ignored me but one who told me she couldn’t help me bc she was with another customer (understandable) but what about the other three staff? One was standing beside her, heard me say I wanted to buy earrings but chose to ignore me. Next time I will drive to Mapleview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 10 mins in an empty store, one girl was stocking shelves and another fled to the back as soon I came in. Thought she would be out soon enough, but nope. The one stocking ignored me the entire time, not even so much as a hello or she will be back to assist you in a minute. I can be patient and wait, but that was just plain rude. Really poor customer service experience which is so disappointing since it's such a nice store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at this store often, but the last 2 times I've had the worse experience from sales staff. Today I went in to buy earrings for my mother and described the ones I wanted to the sales girl. She instantly told me they were sold out, last pair being sold Saturday. So I decided to look around for something else, and in the display case are the earrings I came in for. So I tell here her...here they are! She tells me she has no idea where they came from and maybe they were returns. I tell her I would like to see them and she tells me she doesn't have a box for them so I may not be able to buy them???? I ask her what does a box have to do with buying the earrings, please find me a box because I want them. She goes and comes back with a box but says there is no sleeve (extra box with bar code),but I can still purchase them...thanks for letting me spend over$100. I ask her if my mother can exchange them if she doesn't like them and am told no returns on earrings. So I ask her....didn't you just tell me these might be ones that were returned??? Then I'm told, only under certain circumstances will earrings be exchanged....never did get answer what those circumstances are. By this time I was getting really annoyed and had I not wanted these specific earrings for my mom's birthday I would have walked out. In hindsight I should have requested to speak to a manager because this level of customer service was pathetic considering I was the only customer in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staff at this location. I was the only customer in the store and they all helped me pick out a gift for my wife. Very nice girls. This has been my second time at this store and both times I had amazing customer service. I will return just for the service.
