★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service. I was shipped dirty shoes online, but the workers refused to refund them even though I did not wear them before. When I tried to tell them my side of the story they just refused and said "sorry I can't help you these shoes have obviously been worn"

She told me that she ordered at original price so you can make return online. I am trying to do it online but they have worst website which is not helping. Please help me if you know any other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new low for even for call it spring. They frequently send me shoes dirty but I didn’t mind until now since I can just clean them. Aside from their low quality shoes, their customer service is HORRIBLE. In the picture online the boots look like suede but were in fact velvet. Took one look at them and closed the box. Didn’t even try them on, didn’t look at them carefully, didn’t even take them out of the box because I hate velvet shoes. The boots did not leave my room, let alone my house. Fine, this kind of thing happens when you order online I can just return them. That’s what I thought but NO. It turns out that whenever you buy something from call it spring you must check all your products carefully because they are trying to scam you. It turns out they sent me a pair of WORN BOOTS. The sales representative opened the box and said YOU WORE THEM OUTSIDE YOU ARE TRYING TO RETURN A WORN ITEM YOU SEE THIS DIRT YOU WORE THEM OUTSIDE AND YOU GOT DIRT ON THEM. Straight up accused me and with a horrible attitude. I explained to her the situation and she just kept accusing me without even listening. Can’t believe call it spring would try to scam their customers and hire such horrible people. Even though their prices are affordable I would never buy from them again. This service is disgusting and call it spring should be ashamed. Accusing customers of lying and shipping items dirty and worn is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Please reconsider before you buy from here. Avoid it at all costs.

I understand the mall was closing and the store was very busy but the staff (two dark haired girls) were rude and had zero manners. When I handed my shoes back to the two dark haired girls I did not get so much as a thank you. Every time I asked for help they gave me rude looks. Only the guy working offered his help without a scowl on his face. I’ve worked in retail and I get some days are busy and you want to go home but common courtesy and customer service is still expected.
Please train your staff on not projecting their terrible mood and attitude on the customers. If you don’t like retail then please work elsewhere. You are getting paid time and a half and it’s not going to kill you to help me for a few minutes.
Even IF you had my size I would never spend my money at this location again.

The worst customer service ever.
Long story short- I couldn't return a product in store that was ordered online.
Which is fine, that wasn't the problem. It was the lack of professionalism coming from one of the female staff (young girl, brunette) and the manager as well. I was told over the phone that I could return the shoes. Then when I got there, I was told no.
They didn't even apologize over the inconvenience of being given the wrong info. You would expect at least an apology but instead I was accused of wearing them. I was talked to very ignorantly. I couldn't believe I was talking to the manager. Instead of laughing in the background and talking secretly learn what it's like to take care of your customers with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually shop at Call it Spring 1-2x a year but today was definitely my favourite experience so far. The two sales agents were really respectful, polite, and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. Such an easygoing and relaxing experience, really refreshing and I wanted to let their management know.
I wish they’d increase the amount of PPE given to the associates as the screen didn’t fully circle their cash registers which is a bit cheap and unfair to them considering some items are right beside the register, honestly. Overall great visit as a customer, but please do a bit better for your employees safety and health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 customer service when I was there yesterday! Both of the lovely ladies there were super nice and even though the store was busy everyone was being taken care of.
I cannot express how much I love that Spring has gone fully vegan/ sustainable and still maintains style and comfort!
