★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, all I wanted was a pair of Crocs but one of the employees (idk her name, but I think she was the manager) laughed at me right in my face when I had asked for them claiming they're ugl*! You need to work on your management's behaviour. If they're making their customers feel like cr*p then they must be doing the same to their own staff. Not an environment I would want to work in if I disliked shopping here.
To make matters worse, when she gave me the Crocs in question I found holes in them! And I know what you're thinking, but no, not the ones that come with the Crocs; it looked like it was being eaten away. Considering the past couple reviews about a mouse infestation, the faulty product makes sense now as it was most likely caused by mice eating away at them. I know an exterminator if you need one.
Because of my horrendous experience today, I gave up and went to purchase them from the actual Crocs website. You just lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is horrible. They didn’t have my size in literally anything I wanted. 2 female employees were just standing around not even asking me if I needed help. That isn’t the worst part. The worst part is that I saw a mouse run by… I know it’s not a restaurant but you never know if mice are chewing up the products and making them defective or not. I wouldn’t shop here again if you PAID me to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked an employee for help and they brought out the wrong shoe size which is okay people make mistakes, so they leave to go get the right pair, and then the manager comes over and asks if there's anything wrong and I explain there's a little mix up and the employee just went to get the right size. Then the manager follows the employee to the backroom and started yelling at them like I couldn't hear her, I felt so awkward I just left I hope the employees are all okay and that the owners get better managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this location. Always clean and bright. I was there this weekend and everything is still organized and in place, considering the holiday season. the staff are usually available to help me. The manager (think it is) was super helpful a few visits ago when I messed up my online order. She literally showed me how to use the website and fix my mistake. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was super rude!! I walked in and was promptly ignored. I tried looking for help in finding a new pair of Birkenstocks and it was like the staff avoided me like the plague. The only friendly and helpful ones in the store were the mice. So thoughtful of them to keep checking in on me when I was looking at the shoes! Give the mice a raise and fire the human staff, if you knew what was good for your business. Won’t be coming back in until I know Remy will be working again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite shoe store by far! I’ve gotten quite a few pairs of shoes from this store specifically because of the staff. Sooo friendly and they remembered me and it made my experience so much better. I think it was the manager that helped me with my crocs, I was on the fence about getting a pair but when I saw hers and talked to her about them I knew I had to get them after. BEST SHOES EVER !!!! Super clean, especially during COVID, I work in a LTC home so IPAC is a biggg thing for me. They had lots of hand sanitizer for use and I always see the staff cleaning the displays and front desk. Love it there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store today to purchase a pair of shoes, no assistance was offered to us. Both girls were standing behind the cash doing nothing. We were literally the only ones in the store. The store was a mess, we had to push shoes out of the way that some one prior to us had tried on. It was just a awful experience. Needless to say we walked out with nothing. Won’t be going back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location! I am shocked at some of the comments! I have never seen any of the staff be rude. The store is clean and displays are attractive.
They have always been able to answer my questions and provide me with the sizes I want. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they have found it and brought it in from another store for me.
The other day their POS machines were down and they were very gracious with customers, recommending ATM locations or setting stock aside so customers could come back the next day and pay.
I have never seen mice nor any evidence of them!
The staff get along well and work well together.
I would highly recommend this location!!
