A	April Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed on the way I was treated going into the store with my grandchild. Staff does not know the mask bylaw for children and when I quoted the bylaw was told that it’s store policy. While politely walking out as my grandchild was crying the sales woman in a rude tone said oh she can come in here. I wrote a complaint to head office and a week later no feedback.

Upon entering the store, there were boxes blocking the isles, employee walked past me as I struggled to get by with my stroller. Jackson square location is better overall.
M	MCubed Trading on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Went in to purchase books with my 9 year old daughter and my 3 year old son. We all had masks except my small child. A crazy lady literally rushed/ran up to us aggressively and started shouting, "were is his mask!".. I told her he doesn't need one he's to small and then she began to lose her mind ! She began screaming that my child could have the disease with her eyes bulged out of her head... absolute instanity! We put the books down we were about to buy and walked out. I asked my 9 year old if she wanted to go back in by her self to by the books but she was literally scared to go back in COLES after we were attacked by the staff member. Scary times when business priority is to muzzle 3 year Olds rather than provide an ounce of customer arrive? Pathetic establishment as well as staff members.

R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this location with my family (2 year old son, 11 year old daughter and my wife ) My daughter was holding a drink and soon as we stepped in, a young female employee runs over and told us we have to leave the store because of the drink. It’s not allowed. But at the same time I thought she’s coming over to ask us if we need help to find the right book. While I understand the rules and policies of certain stores in the mall, I still believe that there are better ways to inform costumers about these rules and policies. I’m interested to spend money in your store so first great me accordingly. Don’t run up on me and give me orders, I’m an adult so ask me nicely like you would with any costumer. To the employee; Hey Don’t get confused, we all know you are frustrated and broke but you have to hang in there. Thanks for reading.

And the "adults" that write these negative reviews should understand they are just doing their jobs and I not out to ruin your day. Criticizing staff members for asking you to wear a mask or not bringing drinks into the store, are complying with policies and or mandates is deplorable and not an accurate representation of this store. These staffers are just doing what they have to keep their jobs and not get fined them selves. Go team and keep up the good work
