★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good , large selection , sometimes the salted chocolates are a little too salty. Pricing is fair if not better than most high end chocolate stops. Overall the selection and the atmosphere are the best. Try the key lime cream chcocolates!! Awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most delicious ice cream delicacies I’ve ever had, the Purdys ultimate bar really tops it, with my choice of dippings and toppings on a vanilla bar for a very modest price, and the service was so friendly, from this one experience alone this has become my favourite and I would definitely come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to store. Staff excellent. Bought hedge hogs and sweet Georgia brown minis. Hedge hogs excellent. Sweet Georgia brown’s wouldn’t come out of packaging....all stuck in bottom. Tasted good after I pried them messily out but glad I ate them instead of gifting. For the price I expected better. Disappointed and will stick with Picard peanut treats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream bar with almonds is a banger but make sure to grab some napkins cause it could get messy?. If I'm going to the mall to grab food, 9 times out of 10 I'm grabbing some ice cream from this spot too?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled at how staff is treated. Allyson (District Manager for Ontario) is nothing but a bully with authority and something needs to be done about her. Her attitude and behaviour is destructive, toxic, disrespectful and absolutely disgusting. I hope she reads this and is ashamed of herself, although I doubt it because she seems like one of those extremely cold people that have no empathy at all. SO I just hope she gets fired. SHE should be the bottom feeder, not the one in power. It's just disgusting, that type of behaviour should NEVER be tolerated. Everyone should be treated with RESPECT. It's truly sad that literally no one is standing up to her. So I will. Those are not just good, kind, hard working employees, but good PEOPLE and they deserve much better than the high school bully treatment.
Other than that............the vegan chocolate is pretty good. Better than the regular chocolate.
