★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walked in, said hello and the lady ignored me and just stared at me funny without saying anything and ignored me. Felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable, beyond surprised somebody with that attitude is allowed to work there. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are always friendly with me and kind. The store is accessible for people with wheelchairs. They have a variety of flavours and always have some kind of deal going on. This is one of my favourite stores in Limeridge. If you have the spare money and time, definitely go to the Lindt store. Its well worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to this store this evening.. Decided on a nice box of chocolate that was priced at the store for 37,49$ which included a sale of 25% off. When I paid for the box the total came up to 43,49$ + tax. I advised the teller that the box was displayed with a lower price and not the one that I had just paid. The teller advised me that she could process a refund but could not match the price displayed as they had to go with the price that came up and could not make any price adjustments. Up until now, no problem.. there are often mistakes with prices displayed.. Understandable. It is not until when I decided to check the website for the price on this box and it is listed the same as it is in the store $37,49$.. I advised the teller that the price was also the same online and was told that the website was not store specific (is there a website specific to each Lindt location?!) and that there was no possibility of making an adjustment to the price.. It is disappointing to have to pay a price that is neither listed online or in the store but it is the one that is scanning as… My review is 2 stars simply because I actually love Lindt chocolates however the lack of flexibility in fixing this problem is disappointing.. if you have a price displayed both online and at the store for an item you should honor that to your customers.. There is a reason why prices are displayed.. Disappointed.
