★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience here today! I needed new bras and I had mentioned that I feel like "I'm always measured wrong" where she replied "well you've never been measured by me!". She measures me and I decided to give it a go and try the size she recommended. She was bang on! She even pre opened all the drawers for me with my size so that I could see all the bras laid out. She grabbed all my sizes for me and was super confident in herself and her product knowledge. $200+ dollars later and that was with the 50% off black Friday sale... but I'm not even mad about it! The girl who was in the change room and the girl at check out were also awesome... all around a great experience... thanks girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to find a specific bra August 18th. I couldn't find it so I asked for help. The lady who I asked was very rude and quick with her answers. They no longer sell what I was looking for and she left it at that. She didn't offer to help me find something similar, she just looked away and seemed annoyed I even asked for help. I asked her where I could find something like the bra I was looking for. She pointed and said over there and looked away from me again. For the rest of my time in the store she was watching me life I was going to steal something. I felt so uncomfortable and out of place by this woman, I ended up leaving without anything.
Hopefully she was just having a bad day and she's not always like that with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed yesterday when I stopped in to buy a bra that La Senza is really catering to a younger crowd now. Fresh, edgey look. They helped me find what I needed and as a bonus I found two pairs of workout leggings for half the price I usually pay. The bras however were overpriced. This is what I would see the biggest competition for Victoria's Secret to be. The offer many of the same items but lack the branding that Victoria's Secret has. Friendly staff. Clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were rude, and went so far as to invade my space in the dressing room when it was their underage staff trying to push bras on me that made me uncomfortable in the first place. Regret spending any money there. Online from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I knew the employee's name but she was a riot, her makeup and style were way on point, and she was wonderfully personable. I would go back strictly for her service. Also had the smallest waist I've ever seen on a person. Girl was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were absolutely fantastic! They were very well trained, very positive and friendly but gave you privacy.
My issue is quality, Le Senza has taken a sharp nose dive. I had fabric come detached from the cup padding, no drier use and within 3 weeks.
