la Vie en Rose Lime Ridge Mall

First time buying online from la vie en rose so I ordered to different sizes and had to exchange half of what I bought, which turned out to be difficult as it was part of a deal. The ladies at this store went above and beyond to ensure the exchange went through even though they had to spend extra time to figure it out. Will definitely be shopping there in the future.

First off, this is one of my favourite lingerie stores! The staff is never pushy, but they always happy to help if you ask. The bathing suits are comfortable and usually you can find a good selection on the sale rack, for those who are looking for a good deal. Even at full price, the bathing suits are worth it. The sleepwear varies from cotton to silk, depending on your preference. The bras range from your economical choices, to your more luxurious types, all depending on your style. Lastly, La Vie En Rose is a huge supporter of women who have breast cancer, so do not hesitate to ask about their mastectomy bras.

Ordered two suits online. Came reasonably quickly, were exactly as advertised; right size and good quality. I was very impressed that the tops had multiple adjustments for the chest. Prices were better online, I usually find the store pricey. My only complaint is that each piece came individually wrapped within the package, that is a lot of unnecessary plastic.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of items and always have ongoing promotions. Great store to shop for pyjamas, bathing suits, intimates and lingerie! This place has the best Christmas gifts so don't forget to visit them around the holidays!

I have never had a worst experience looking for sleep wear and bras in my life. The lady who worked today in the fitting room section was aweful. She is short, white with brown straight hair and was wearing a low pony tail. She is slightly stocky and was wearing light blue skinny jeans. This was at about 4 to 5 pm. She was very invasive and rude, loudly barging into the my stall and grabbing the items directly from me while raising her voice and deepening her tone saying "i have to hang those for you!" as if this was a chore and you could tell she was annoyed with me. She made a whole theatrical performance while doing this as she initially was attending to another customer and was engaged a long conversation. She flashed from that customer to me in no time, with no notice, like everyone was confused. I was about to close the door and i had already hung the items and organized everything nicely! This was so embarrassing and unnecessary. She was so close to me as well which also makes me feel unsafe given these covid times. I would have stepped out of the stall and given space between us but she was infront of me blocking the way. After this, while i was in the charge room trying stuff on I heard her gossiping about me to some other lady who Seemed to be her friend but didn't look like she was shopping or an employee. Talking smack about me while i was in the change room i never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. This same sales associate was also very aggressive on the floor barging into the space i was in and the exact direction i was moving into and not giving a care in the world. Not only that but it looked like she was rushing me there... So weird and so rude. To be fair the other two ladies on shift were wonderful and i can't think of anything remotely bad about them. If i wasn't so desperate for time and stuff i would have not stayed and purchased the items i did. I mean there is Victoria secret and la senza in the mall as well and i am familiar with their products. I hope this girl has realized how poorly she acted and has learnt something because i would hate for someone else to experience this.

From swimsuits to PJs, bras to underwear this place has a great selection. Good clothing with great prices! I bought a bathing suit there, and while I usually don't enjoy looking for bathing suits, they made it easy and enjoyable! and for a great price!

Amazing friendly staff. Very helpful as my mom was shopping for a bra for the dress she's wearing to my wedding and after she lost a significant amount of weight. The lady who helped her actually got to know her and made sure she understood what my mom needed. My mom left their store feeling amazing about herself. Highly recommend, not only for the service but also the amazing prices for the outstanding quality of their products.
