★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer since 2010, but will not return. I have to travel a great distance to shop at this store (we do not have a Change in my province) and I am thoroughly disappointed with my last visit. After a fitting, the sales lady insisted on a specific size, even though I thought it was too large. I now have $500 worth of ill-fitting bras. The underwires poke the back of my armpit making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear. What a waste of money! I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade, but after my latest experience I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing customer experience. Where do I begin? As someone who has never been truly fitted before, I felt super welcome and comfortable. Whitney (I believe) made my experience a pleasure by not only properly sizing me, but also being SUPER attentive to me, picking out styles, listening to my needs, and boosting my confidence. Ashley and Lea were also around for an all around amazing experience that I will truly never forget- engaging me in conversation and answering any questions I had. I walked in thinking I was just browsing and getting ideas to buying two gorgeous QUALITY bras. I will be venturing back to change lingerie and specifically this store- and half of it was because of the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Change, twice a year, for at least 5 years. Today I was not happy about the selection, as I was only given 6 bras in my size, 85 I. 6 bras from the whole store! 2 were of the same colour just different styles.
This saddens me. I stated I like colors, the employee gave me black, white, beige and dark teal. I walked around looking and was told my size was only in the back. Bought 4 bras with matching panties, not what I wanted but needed and left discouraged. Not sure I'll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience bra shopping I've had hands down. Honestly I can't believe the customer service. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was just great ! I can never find my size in normal bra stores like Victoria's secret. I've never had a bra that fits as well as the one I purchased. Pricing is not too expensive ...in fact compared to Victoria's secret it's basically the same or maybe $20-$40 more. Worth every penny ! I would recommend , I will return and I will definitely tell all the women in my family about this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far and away one of the best experiences I have ever had while bra shopping. I was shopping with my mother, who is a large-busted woman, and we rarely bra shop together because our sizes are so different. But since we saw that this shop seemed to carry larger sizes for remarkably affordable prices (she usually has to spend a few hundred dollars on a bra that fits) as well as items that would fit me, we decided to give it a try. The women who greeted us and measured her were so incredibly sweet! They did so much to make both of us feel comfortable and I loved seeing how happy my mother was being able to wear something that not only fit her well, but made her feel beautiful without breaking the bank. Thank you so much to the amazing ladies who helped make my mother and my shopping experience so comfortable. We will definitely be back and recommend this shop to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to Hamilton and had to switch from my top drawer to change as this was closer. My first visit was okay, I was fitted and purchased two bras in a size I wasn’t totally sold on but thought I’d see if they would loosen up with wear/hormonal changes. They did not so I went in for a second time in the hopes to exchange the sizes for a larger option. Monique was working and she was honestly mind blowingly helpful. I was a little hesistant to return to the store but she made me feel SO comfortable and provided in depth answers and explanations to how the bras supposed to fit. We ended up going down two inches on the band and up two cup sizes and they feel so much better. She was so helpful, comforting and did everything she could to help me even though I didn’t have too many options based on my somewhat unique size (28M) no ones fault it’s usually the case for me bra shopping. She was able to help me perfectly with the exchange and gave me a huge confidence boost. I hope when I return she will be working because I had a great time. Bra shopping has always been stressful for me and with a hefty price tag it’s not an easy trip, but I was so happy I called my roommate right after to tell her about it!! Thank you Monique!! :)
