The manager was so rude to me and my mother it was absolutely disgusting how rude she was I will never shop at this store ever again I recommend everyone to stay away and shop at another location I will be contacting a higher up to discuss what has happened

[Manager] We had no clue we were dealing with the Manager until another associate told us. We purchased an item on 11.11.21 to have shipped for store pick up. Advised 3 to 5 business days to arrive. The item finally arrived 11.26.21 and we picked up today (11.29.21) during a 25% sale. Asked the (Manager) if the discount could be applied. She said the item is on sale, but since we ordered the items more than ten days ago. No, It couldn’t be applied. We tried to explain the delivery delay….and her reply, No, means no.. Roots has always had solid products, disappointing, Senior Leadership would endorse a poorly skilled Manager to represent brand… shame on you

Had an unfortunate -but easy to get over- issue buying a sweater from another store. Called this store and the Manager on duty, Cassandra, was absolutely amazing! Not only did she make sure I had my sweater I needed set aside, but another to show me, too! She also took the time to come up the POS and come speak with me, when I was checking out!! I’ll be back! Thanks, Cassandra!

Mik was super helpful and made exchanging sizes for Christmas super easy! She was very informative when it came to which sizes to buy for people in my family as women and men sweater sizes are different! Will definitely be seeing her for all my roots needs!

I ordered a sweater to be delivered to this store. I got the email confirmation the order was received and then a second confirmation it was being prepared. I never got a confirmation the sweater was delivered. After 2 weeks I called the store, they told me it had not been delivered and to give it a few more days. I did. Called back, no sweater. I emailed Roots customer service and they said the courier company did deliver it. The store still says they never got it. I emailed Roots asking for a refund since somewhere along the way they lost my sweater and they said NO! Because the courier claims it was delivered to THE STORE, I cannot get a refund. If the store does not have my sweater, either the store lost it or the courier is not telling the truth. Either way the sweater has never been given to me, so why am I being refused a refund?

I had a question about sizing seemed to have changed this year from the past. I questioned why the women’s large and extra-large are so small and they don’t even fit average size woman. The girl at the front counter told me this wasn’t a store issue it was customers service issue To deal with it that way and walked away mumbling and told me I had attitude. I said Why don’t you come back and have a grown-up conversation instead of telling customers they have attitude when all they had was a question is why the sizing is so off. Spoke to the manager she didn’t care either and I said that to her no one cares or apologizes she says well you’re not being very nice to me. I said you want me to be nice when One of your staff tells me I have attitude while they’re walking away. I wasn’t pleasant but I wasn’t rude no apologies they don’t care I will never shop in a roots store again. All my kids have hoodies and track pants that I will be returning well over $475 worth of merchandise you also lost my sale today I will never shop at your store or company ever again.. super bad when a customer waits outside for me to exit and apologizes she could not believe the display of both people in the store. The girl being rude making comments and walking off and the manager just not caring.

Was in the store today in line and a customer was asking what has changed about their sizing wondering why the ladies extra-large was so small her daughter could wear it who was little . The girl at the front was very rude telling her it’s not the store issue and telling her she has attitude. The lady asked to have a conversation with her and also ask for the manager neither the manager nor the girl cared or apologize I cannot believe how rude the staff is at the store. Another customer actually apologized to lady out in the hall of them mall… Also look waiting on your list many complaints about the manager and staff at the store on going maybe consider who’s working in representing roots.
