★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't let shoppers in 15 minutes to closing. Understandable that hours need to be adjusted. But keep your doors open until the hour. Store was not over capacity. Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience 2/3 times at this store. Staff standing around talking, walking the store avoiding customers, and folding clothes as you wait to check out. Took 20 mins to exchange a hat today. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place; the employees are just amazing always willing to go the extra mile when you cannot find the product in their store making shopping a whole lot easier. Mark &Carolynn have been managers for quite some time and always have a great attitude when I come it. Staff are always hard at work and willing to just stop what they’re going to provide an extra hand. You have an everlasting customer! Thanks Champs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this store a week ago to purchase shoes for my daughter. They had a size 6 in stock but not a 7. Was told they fit big. If they didn't fit the store could order her size. So after they got their sale. I called the store to order her size because they didn't fit. And was told they cannot order her size. Wow!! Great store! Don't fall for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY HERE. WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON NEW MERCH. $150 wasted on shoes that don't fit. Huge scam. Photo included to show the "new" shoes they wouldn't refund cause apparently they shouldn't have sold these to me in the first place.

I wanted to save the time of driving over I was able to call spoke to a young man I think named Mark Who helped me out put the size aside and I was able to pick it up later on today. I shop here always for my kids you guys make shopping super easy even when you lose your online receipt You allow your customers to make an exchange thanks for making shopping hassle free will be back 100 times over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I just ordered the Nike Air Max Genome (White/ Grey/ Black) yesterday morning..
They arrived at my door this afternoon. I couldn't believe they came that fast.
Champs uses Canada Post, so I just wanna say, Hats Off and Salute to both of these companies..
I'm always a little hesitant to order anything online, I like to try stuff on first. These shoes showed up looking 10 times better than what I thought.
This was a great experience on all ends.
