★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. A guy and another girl just stood there and stared at me without saying a word. I was ready to buy shoes and came back a second time. I was the one to greet them! Wow...and I had to ask for help. Bought Vans elsewhere ✌???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought converse shoes size 12 thinking that they would fit because that is my regular size and they ended up being too big. I went back to swap them out and had a very wonderful interaction with Nicole. She was extremely pleasant and helpful in swapping the shoes out for me despite the fact that I got them two weeks ago on sale. Thank you for the awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen a nice track suit on their website that I wanted to purchase for my son as a Christmas present. Drove there to get it only to find out they don't have them in stock (website could have mentioned this but did not). The store associate said I could order it at the front desk and would only take 2 or 3 days to have delivered to my home. Sounded good. So, went to front desk and placed my order and after giving my name, address, e-mail etc. the woman asked for my credit card. I wanted to pay cash, but they WOULD NOT ACCEPT CASH FROM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE?!? They sent me away with nothing (as an unsatisfied customer I might add). The tracksuits was $180 plus tax and instead they made no sale whatsoever! Does this even make sense? Who owns this place ... Give your head a shake --turning away cash carrying customers, especially when it's your only one, is poor decision making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience here was a very positive one i received a sweater for Christmas that was too small i exchanged it about a month and a half later with only the tag it was very easy and hassle free i was given store credit so i could exchange for a item in my size
