★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few items sent there for pickup from an online order. There are 2 locations in the mall but this is the bigger one of the 2. A good size store with a good selection of various sports teams related products to choose from. Friendly and courteous service with no issues to report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designed my own crest for baseball team for hats. Great experience very helpful and patient. I designed what I wanted they were able to come up with a design and then we tweaked it a couple of times based on what their program was able to do. Selected the colour scheme and tweaked that a couple times based on hat colour and how it looked on a computer screen. The final product came out excellent. The staff were excellent during the whole process. The manager was pleased also because some of the staff had never experienced this process before so it was great hands on training which was initiated all while the manager was not there. Great job by all thx.

I prefer going to the Lids store at the 2nd level at Limeridge Mall.
You can get a signature on your hat of any player in NBA, NHL, MLB, etc. that are on the active roster.
Go shop around while they complete it. The stitching is available in many colours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a couple hats at Lids a few weeks ago. The color from the peak of one of the hats bled onto the rest of the hat, and it became discolored. I brought the hat to the store today, and no questions asked, they exchanged it for me. I'd never seen that happen to a hat before, so I was extremely pleased that the staff (Hunter), looked it over, apologized, and told me to find a new hat.
It's always a good experience there, as the staff just let's you browse, without hounding you. Was very happy with the excellent customer service today, and want to give credit where it's due. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been buying and wearing hats and sporty clothes for many years always go to lids and the lids locker room store in lime ridge is wear you can find all your jerseys as well as hats ,coats t-shirts ect the other store is just called lids only sells hats ,only thing I dont like is I prefer buying online from lids you will get amazing deals that the store never offers and especially the size of selection you have to choose from click on the site go to the sale option then pick either NBA NFL NHL or baseball and you will see the huge variety of stuff they have up to 80% off just bought couple more jerseys the site is like a marshalls or winners keep checking every week will have new stuff to choose from
