Ordered 6 sushi rolls and waited in the store for 10+ minutes before one of the employees finally spoke to one of us even when more people had arrived. We got our order after another 5 minutes when it had been ready since we arrived. We also asked if condiments were in the containers to which they said yes. After leaving we discovered no sauces. Disappointed...

Got such disgusting mushy brown avacado and in the roll was shrimp tail the skin not only in one of the pieces but multiple with large scale almost causing me to choke… I call the restaurant to notify them if there poor quality food and got told off by there staff. I got passed on to what I assume was the manager and he had no ability to communicate (in English) or express any kind of accept they re mistake of poor food quality… I would stay clear of this place .. last few times the quality of food is horrible from soggy old rice and burnt frail broccoli … this place isn t worth giving them your hard earn money … plenty of real places to eat better than here!!! I only give it one star because I cant give it Zero s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I used to love the bubble coffee. This afternoon I ordered a large one with coffee jelly and got only a few jelly strands for over $7. That's daylight robbery. I had a delicious fruit shake last week. Why is the service inconsistent?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order the taro bubble tea and it is super good. It's made fast and there is just the right amount of sweetness. This is the place to go for a solid bubble tea. The sushi rolls are alright. I've gotten sushi there twice and both times the rice was a bit dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Charlie’s Chopsticks for the first time in almost a year. Two combos were ordered, one vegan and one containing fish, both were placed in an over sized pizza box. The box was in a paper bag, on its side, with the two rolls combined and toppled. Once we looked closer at the rolls, they weren’t even our order. One was vegan, but had completely different ingredients than ordered, as well as the fish roll, with missing dips.
When we called Charlie’s Chopsticks to inquire about the order, as we had also contacted SkipTheDishes but knew this could have been a packaging issue rather than delivery- even if we wound up taking someone else’s order, we knew they may want to resolve this right away. The customer service was absolutely terrible, both the language used and care for food quality was disappointing. I have never had this bad of an experience with them and was shocked, to say the least.

Was super excited to try it (we love pokes), but unfortunately the cashier (Caucasian guy) spoiled it for us. 1 star for service, but 5 stars for amazing slush with amazing tapioca. Got the mango passion fruit. Shame that it took over 20 minutes just to get one drink. I would assume you would serve each customer from taking their order to serving them, start to finish. Unfortunately, after taking our order, he took at least another 6-7 orders, and when I asked him at the 15 min mark if it’s ready, he said he didn’t get the chance to do it yet. He saw he were frustrated, N yet he blatantly proceeded to get a couple more orders before making ours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously gave this restaurant 5 stars. I unfortunately have to amend my rating. Came here to grab two rolls. I asked for roe and got sesame seeds. Then while eating it I found that the taste was very off. Looks like they served me rotten avocado. I won't be back here again. Such a shame. I used to love it here.
