Found everything I needed and the employees are super knowledgeable, I stopped going to Canadian tire after I experienced first hand how much better the customer service is at Part source.

Just went for a socket today. Only one in the parking lot. Was left on hold which is fine but 8 mins passed so I called back thinking I was forgotten. Without saying a word, I was yelled at for calling back!? Threaten I would be refused service. -Older man with white spiky hair - I’m still confused on how I could have better approached this interaction...

I went to Napa auto parts today at 1060 Rymal Rd E and the customer service was the worst! I then called The Part Source on Upper James and needed a window switch for my Hyundai Accent and though the part wasn't in stock nor could the nice guy order it as the demand for this part is very high, he then called me back and gave me more info on who to contact. I then was able to order the part. Great customer service at this location! Thank you so much!

The manager Chris is absolutely the best. Robert and Garth are also really nice guys. Chris always helps with lighting fast speed and efficiency. He is always a delight to speak to and goes beyond to ensure you have a great customer service experience. I am and will be a longtime customer. Also pricing is some of the best around.

I am very disappointed at Parts Source for not honoring the sales prices specified on the website and had me pay full price for the purple oil instead, whether the oil was not available or out of stock or not. I go online to shop for items and when there is a item on sale on the website and I go into the store, to purchase it ,I am suppose to pay the price that is advertised on the website, otherwise it's deceitful and untrue. I asked the guy at the counter, to give the price on the website and it tells me that its no longer available. Not my problem because the item is still advertised on Partsource website. If it was a man who came back to the store and complained about the price on the website, I believe that the store associate would have honored the discounted price advertised on the site. So I believe I was not treated well.

I had to go two times in one day dealt with the same person I think marcel was his name very professional and friendly and even though I was stressed out with fixing my car made me laugh a few times great customer service

I always go to this location and find whatever I need. One of the employee guess his name is Marcel is very knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the right stuff for my vehicle. Great service
