Excellent customer service. I was in the store yesterday to inquire about HId headlamps for my 2015 Sierra. The young gentleman at the desk was knowledgeable and sold me a lumens kit for my truck. The install seemed simple enough ( for a guy like me with basic mechanic knowledge ) however after unboxing the kit I had a difficult time finding a suitable place for mounting the two ballasts and also a harness for hi-lo beam settings. After a while I decided the HId kit wasn’t for me, and would rather just upgrade to a better halogen plug in bulb. I returned to the shop the next day to return the kit, and didn’t realize they have a no refund policy for lighting kits as I understand why. When I walked into the store and said this kit wasn’t going to work for me the older gentleman - who I am assuming is the owner - immediately looked at the his colleague and said β€œ you told him right β€œ. I guess the gentleman who sold me the kit informed about the policy when was cashing out. I didn’t recall, however Im sure he did tell me. And there is also a sign underneath the lighting kits I didn’t see before. Anyways at the end of the day, the owner said not a problem I’ll refund you and we’ll get you set up with what you need. He didn’t need to do that but the fact he did speaks volumes about how he appreciates his customers. I’ll be back for most of my automotive needs. Thankyou Performance Improvments !

By far the worst experience I've had with any parts store, id rather deal with the people at partsource that usually don't know what their doing. I ordered a very expensive part being told it would be 2-4 business days, That turned out to be 3 full weeks. When i ordered the one part I asked about pricing on another item and was given a reasonable quote, went in to purchase said item and was told the price was over double what i was originally quoted. To top it all off while I was there in person the man behind the counter I was dealing with actively took a phone call when I was in the middle of speaking and walked away from me to serve the caller having me stand there and wait rather than ask the caller to hold like any other store I've ever been to would do. In short this place has terrible customer service, their prices apparently don't stay the same, you can't get parts shipped unless your able to wait possibly months for something that should be in the same week you order it. There's other performance shops in the area and that's where I'll be going from now on. I would never recommend performance improvements to anyone.

Came to the Hamilton store cause the guys at the Toronto store are rude. Turns out the Hamilton store is worse. Ordered a carburetor, the store manager Doug called to tell me it was in, got there the next day to pick it and he sold it (probably to one of his buddies) he told me that someone came in and used my name saying they were here to pick up a carb and he sold it to them after I paid for the deposit. If your ordering something make you fly there quick when it comes in before they sell it on you

Liam is great. Polite, knowledgable and friendly. If you wanna spend your hard earned money here and have Doug the store manager be nothing but rude, condicending and impatient then this is your place to shop! Doing a ground up rebuild. Wont be coming here again. The first time I called he asked me to hold, puts down the phone and continues to talk about costco and the great stuff they have with a person in the store...and theres much more to his unproffesional rude behaviour. What a joke. Not sure how this place is in business

The customer service at their Hamilton location is fantastic. Far above the customer service you typically expect to receive. I have had very positive interactions with two of the guys there. The employees are not your typical parts counter person, the guys there are knowledgeable and competent and do not rely on a computer inventory to get you the parts or products you need. I call and ask to check price or stock on a part number and the guys know what I’m looking for and the application before they are within two feet of the computer. They have earned me as a customer and will be my first call when sourcing factory or custom application parts for my β€˜76 Ford truck.

Was my first experience with the guys here. They treated me nice, were very helpful and even suggested a lower cost alternative saving me money. That's awesome because I run a business also and do the same for my clients. Was a pleasure dealing with them and hope to be back soon for more. Pet friendly too.

Awesome place! The guys there are Definitely very knowledgeable and they had exactly what I needed. thanks again guys for letting me borrow some tools so I could fix my truck in the parking lot, nothing like your driver side window falling out in the winter time haha
