★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was calling for a tire repair spoke with this guy called Chris, I asked about a quote to fix my tire, and couldn't hear him to well, so I asked him again, he replied ( I'm not gonna repeat myself, im having lunch) and hungs up the phone on me....Really rude you most definitely got to work on your Human resources and how to deal with customers.

I'm really not a car person so most of the time anything related to my vehicle my husband takes care of, naturally. Although within the past year he's taken our vehicles to this location and we won't visit anywhere else anymore.
Chris and Ace are who we deal with everytime but today they just went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough. I got a flat winter tire this morning (never had that happen before) so my husband changed my tire to a spare for now and when I called Chris and Ace they said to bring it by when I could and they'll take a look.
Immediately we went there and ultimately I just switched over to my all seasons since it was time anyways but they not only switched my tires over DAY OF but they also did my oil change (which I had booked not for another two weeks but needed) and took care of my flat for me.
Dealing with this stuff as a female can be really frustrating and I have a Toyota so I've definitely been taken car advantage of before at the dealership (hense why my husband also deals with the vehicles) but today I was a little on my own and I felt MORE than taken care of, treated me like a human (not just some female) and the prices are just unmatched.
20/10 would recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t leave reviews very often, but WOW WOW WOW! Amazing customer service with super friendly staff who are willing to help you with practically anything. Bought my winter tires here and just returned a few days ago because I unfortunately popped a tire. The staff replaced my snow tire and rotated all of my wheels for such a great price. Staff were very friendly both times and I will recommend this place to everyone!
