★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing all around incredible service and knowledge, with such great roots to the city I swear by them every time and they never cease to amaze me. The owner is an absolute gem his customer service is some of the best I've ever seen this place makes ya feel at home they do an incredible job and are quick! Only tire and rim place I'll suggest for a city with the worst potholes! Keep it up guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queenston Tire & Rim has definitely earned the star rating they received. They squeezed me in on short notice to look at one of my tires that picked up a nail. I was lucky it was just in the tread but they double checked it all for me. I was in and out just like that. Their fantastic customer service and friendly staff have earned them a new loyal client in me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I called Marco on Thrusday on my lunch break and explained what was happening to my car he booked me in ASAP Friday morning to check it out. From beginning to end their customer service was great. Everyone was polite and very helpful when it came to giving me feed back on my car. They fixed the problem right away and swapped my tires as well. Thanks again guys, everything was much appreciated. Respect.

made sure everything was done on time, as i had an online exam in the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this place on a Tuesday to get a price on some new summer performance tires. They gave me a great quote on the tires/install and booked me in on the Thursday. I went for my appointment on the Thursday and the new tires were there waiting for me. They had me right in and the install was quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work!
