Stefanie at the front provided excellent customer service. She was friendly and very helpful! Jorden was able to fix my flat tire super quick! I’d highly recommend this company!

Called our road side assistance who weren't much help. I ended up phoning Benson and spoke with Stephanie. Extremely professional , friendly but most importantly was able to provide a solution for me to get a new tire on my truck quicker than any one else I called including my Roadside Assistance co. My business is in St.Catharines but will do all my business in the future with Stephanie and the team at Benson on Woodward Ave, in Hamilton!!!!!

Attended Benson Hamilton today and from reception to completion this company should be very proud of their staff. “Johnny” was the installer and was excellent throughout the process. He answered and explained many questions. A pleasant and delightful technician, who obviously knows his stuff. Fully recommend this Tire outfit and I will return for any future tire issues. Great work guys and gals.

Called back to schedule install only to find they had sold the tires to someone else. Were very apologetic and said they would source another set for me but ultimately ghosted and never called me back.

I had tires installed and balanced today , bias ply to add Insult. these guys had them dead on, even though balancing was hard , they got her perfect. I appreciate the extra effort they put into their work. If you haven't gone yet, try them out, awsome!!!
