★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give these people zero stars, I would. Emails regarding a faulty/poorly timed sprinkler system began mid September. One month later we're still waiting. Most recently we've been making phone calls and sending emails for the last10 days, all of which had been ignored. Last week we woke to find water in the basement. After several more calls Ross finally promised to have the system shut down on Friday October 13th. It's now Monday October 16 and the sprinklers have been operational all weekend. In addition to creating a leak in the basement, this is waste of water and money.
