It's great to know that if you are ringing the company phone number, you are not welcomed by an agent who can barily put two words together, put you have a well trained team who can most probably take care of anything you are requesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication is key in day-to-day life and that applies even more when it comes to businesses. Sure, they have a great website when compared to other property management companies and it is obvious that they put a lot of money in marketing. However, that also reflects on the employees. It doesn't look like they cheap out on them either. Every time I have something to report there will always be someone knowledgable who won't leave me on hold for hours to pick up the phone. Especially after covid, when everyone shifted their employees to working remote, it's been an impossible mission to have a company deal with your complaints without having to get transferred to a thousand departments. Royal York is clearly not that, try ringing their phone at 3am in the morning and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about
